Avalon Construction, LLC. turned to LiteForm for a condominium project consisting of 40 total buildings, each with a basement. Along with conforming to the local building code, Avalon chose FlexxBlock because they knew it would help create an insulated basement that would be an appealing selling point to future residents. In addition to the benefit of a better-insulated structure, using FlexxBlock allows for a faster building process compared to completing a traditional finished basement.
