Contractors utilize LiteForm’s light weight structural fill for the handicap ramps at the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, IA. The concrete ramps will provide easy access to the 2nd floor. High density EPS blocks were used for this project to dramatically reduce costs related to time and labor. An additional advantage to the EPS foam blocks is that they will provide an insulation barrier to prolong the life of the project by reducing frost heaving and cracking of the concrete.
